1971 Project Helios is a turn-based strategy game which combines modern warfare military tactics and close combat. Firearms and vehicles are scarce, conflicts and hostilities have no end, and the terrible freezing cold annihilates friends and foes in its path. This will force the player to meticulously plan out every move, adapt to each confrontation and manage the limited resources. Eight characters, each one with his own aim, will be forced to join forces in a journey for a common cause: find Dr. Margaret Blythe, who was kidnapped by the Wintersöhne and since then, she has been passing from one hand to another, trying to escape. Along their way they will have to avoid attacks, investigate Wintersöhne bunkers and infiltrate into Kaphirite territory. The player’s decisions and way to confront each level, will bring the characters to one of the three different endings.
